We believe that if possible a dog should have a title at both ends of
its name. This means the dog should be both a conformation
champion but also have at a minimum a rally novice title.
It is our hope that many of our dogs can also carry
traditional obedience and agility titles.

Currently working in obedience and rally are Boston and Alaska.
Boston finished her Companion Dog (CD) obedience title with two placements
and a high score of 194. She finished her
Rally Excellent (RE) title with a 1st place in the
Excellent B class. She also now has three legs to her RAE title (it takes 10)
She also has her
Companion Dog Excellent (CDX) title and got that with
all placements. The CDX title requires heel free (off leash)
figure 8 off leash, drop on recall, retrieve on flat, retrieve over a high
jump, broad jump and then a three minute sit stay and a five minute
down stay with the handler out of sight!

Alaska is just getting started but already has a Rally Advanced title,
finishing his title November 10, 2007 in Grand Rapids. He
also has one leg to his obedience CD title.

Here is Boston after competing in her first rally trial which was
in Kentucky at the SCA National in October 200
5.
