Boston is a true joy to live with. She is beautiful, smart and polite and loves people.
She also enjoys training with her mom Liz and traveling to dog shows. Boston
has done demonstrations for children, 4-H leaders and obedience classes
and is always a hit with her audience.
Boston is blessed with good health and produced a lovely litter
of 5 puppies in 2004 and a second litter of 3 on May 15, 2007.
Now she is concentrating on obedience, rally and agility.

She finished very quickly and was fortunate to place 3rd in her large class
at the 2002 Samoyed Club of America specialty. She finished her championship
in February 2004 at the Chicagoland Samoyed Club specialty show.

Here are some of our favorite pictures of our lovely "Baked Bean Gal".

Boston has excelled in Rally competion
finishing her RN, RA and RE in 9 shows
with placements in each level including
1st placements in both Advanced B
and Excellent B. She has two legs toward her Rally Advanced Excellent (RAE) title.

Boston began training for Rally only because I thought it would be fun to compete at the SCA National specialty in it. I had never seen a Rally trial before the first time we stepped in the ring. I simply read the rules off of the AKC web site. Imagine what a thrill it was to place 3rd in Novice B that day!

After that experience I decided I should learn more and expand our competition so I could teach and judge youth in 4-H Rally trials. One year later Boston finished her Rally Excellent title.

Boston was one of five puppies born to Anna and Kodiak. Because Samoyed puppies all look alike we color code them from birth. Boston was purple girl in that litter.
Here she is at about 12 weeks old, still small enough to hold in my arms.

I just love this age and it passes way too quickly! However as adorable as she was
then, I feel so fortunate that she is
just gorgeous today too!

Boston is lead dog on a small sled team running with her brother Ernie and daughter Korbel. Here she is with Mike.
You can see the sled behind them.
